Executive management

Our seasoned and experienced management team is comprised of individuals with expertise in technology consulting, specialty staffing, human capital solutions, and strategic recruitment in the commerical and government sectors.  Our management team takes great pride in their day to day efforts to build a world-class organization.

Harris Katz, Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

Harris Katz, who co-founded TekPartners serves as the company's Chief Executive Officer. His role includes directing the organization's business development and client relationship management strategies, implementation and creation of our strategic client service offerings and the developing of an integrated strategic marketing and delivery plan.

Prior to founding TekPartners, Mr. Katz served in various leadership, management, and client relationship positions with two nationally recognized technology service organizations in Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Miami. He brings more than a 15 years worth of successful experience and business processes to the TekPartners' organization.  Katz graduated from the University of Central Florida with his Bachelor degree in Advertising/Public Relations.

Vito Scutero, President, Chief Operating Officer, & Co-Founder 

Vito Scutero, who co-founded TekPartners serves as the company's President and Chief Operating Officer.  His role includes directing the organization's finance, accounting, insurance, legal, strategic partnerships, client and candidate relationship management, and development of the business operations for TekPartners locations across the United States.

Prior to founding TekPartners, Mr. Scutero served in various leadership, management, and client relationship positions with two nationally recognized technology service organizations in Orlando, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and Miami.  Mr. Scutero brings more than a 15 years worth of successful leadership, financial management, and business process experience to the TekPartners organization.  Scutero graduated from the University of Central Florida with his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Accounting.

Bob Bradley, Divisional President

Bob Bradley serves as the Divisional President for MedPartners HIM.  His role includes directing the organization's business development and client relationship management strategies, implementation of the strategic business plan and the development of the integrated marketing and delivery plans.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Bradley served in various leadership, management, and client relationship positions with two nationally recognized healthcare consulting organizations in Fort Lauderdale and Tampa.  He brings more than 15 years worth of healthcare consulting experience to the MedPartners HIM organization.  Bradley graduated from Quincy College with his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Jay Bevilacqua, Vice President, Sales Operations

Jay Bevilacqua serves as the company's Vice President, Sales Operations.  His role includes managing the day to day sales operations for the TekPartners division, directing the business development and account management efforts as well as overseeing all recruitment and consultant retention.  He is a key liason and thought leader for TekPartners' clients and internal delivery teams.

Prior to joining TekPartners, Mr. Bevilacqua developed, led, and managed sales teams with three nationally recognized technology service organizations in Florida and North Carolina.  Throughout his career, Bevilacqua has served on the boards of various community and industry organizations.  Bevilacqua holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.

Marci Wilhelm, Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer

Marci Wilhelm serves as the company's Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President for the MedPartners HIM practice.  Ms. Wilhelm is responsible for system process development, staff acquisition, education and development, candidate relationship management, client project management, and internal quality assurance. 

Wilhelm graduated from the University of Florida with her Bachelor's degree in Communications.  Wilhelm has more than 10 years of Healthcare consulting experience.  Wilhelm is a member of the American Health Information Management Association, the American Academy of Professional Coders, and a Contributor to FORE (Foundation of Research and Education of AHIMA).  Wilhelm is a dedicated member of the Health Information Management profession and is currently enrolled in the College of St. Scholastica pursuing a Master's Degree in Health Information Management. 

Jerald Sowell, Vice President, Strategic and Community Relations

Jerald Sowell serves as an Executive Vice President of TekPartners.  Mr. Sowell has played ten seasons as a professional football player in the NFL.  His responsibilities at TekPartners include client relationship management, leadership and vision of TekPartners mission, community relations, and strategic alliances for company expansion.

In addition to his role with TekPartners, Sowell completed ten seasons in the NFL, mostly with the New York Jets.  Sowell enjoyed his best year as a NFL football player in 2004. He is the all-time leading special teams' tackler in New York Jets' history. In 2004, Sowell led all NFL fullbacks with 47 receptions and yardage.  Sowell began his career as a draft pick of the Green Bay Packers then spent nine seasons with the New York Jets and one season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  Sowell graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans where he was a member of the Tulane 3.0 Club for scholar-athletes.     

Alfred Mazzo Sr., Chairman, TekGS

Alfred Mazzo Sr. is the Chairman of the Board for TekPartners Government Services (TekGS), a leading professional services firm in the United States. Mr. Mazzo has extensive experience with advanced communications and technology.  Mr. Mazzo is a Service Disabled Veteran from the United States Army and recently retired from CBS Television where he advanced to the position of "Engineer in Charge". His understanding of communications and technology were vital to the success of CBS live broadcasts for many historic news, sporting, and entertainment programming events. Mr. Mazzo served three tours with the U.S. Army in Vietnam with distinction. His assignments included 101st Airborne, First Calvary 1/83 Artillery, and 24th Corps where he gained an expertise in cryptology.
 
For his extraordinary service, Mr. Mazzo was awarded the Bronze Star Medal and Purple Heart.

Having attended Brooklyn College and New York University, he holds a degree in Electronics Engineering.
